Reiki and Spiritual Healing is a hands on healing treatment that taps into the universal life force for healing and relaxation. It is administered by the ‘laying on’ of hands and is based on the idea that the ‘unseen life force” flows through us and causes us to feel alive. The work Reiki is made from two Japanese words - Rei which means God’s wisdom and Ki which means Life Force.

Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing warmth that flows right through you which enables you to begin a healing process at every level, spiritual, physical, mental and emotional. Spiritual healing works on very much the same principles except without the Reiki attunements or symbols being activated.

The beneficial results being an enhanced feeling of well-being, inner peace and relaxation.

Reiki/Spiritual healing can be used as an adjunct to other therapies or as a stand alone treatment it is very relaxing and beneficial at every level.

Theta healing is an exciting, innovative, spiritual based technique that allows you to identify limiting beliefs and dissolve deeply held blocks. It helps you to connect to the divine by accessing the theta state and many blocks can be dissolved resulting in immediate benefits and life changing transformations. Like Reiki and Spiritual Healing, Theta is very relaxing and soothing.
